Refund policy
Change-of-mind returns — United States, Canada and Australia
For orders delivered to the United States, Canada or Australia, we do not offer voluntary returns or exchanges solely because you change your mind, choose the wrong size or paper finish, or no longer want the item. This restriction does not affect rights or remedies required by applicable law, including for faulty, damaged, incorrect or misdescribed goods, non-delivery or other statutory cancellation rights.
Returns and cancellations
Please contact us through our Contact page before sending a return. Include your order number and the items concerned. We will provide return instructions. Do not send items to the print provider without instructions.
Statutory withdrawal rights
For purchases covered by the EU statutory right of withdrawal, you may notify us of your decision to withdraw within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving a reason. You then have 14 days from notifying us to send the goods back. An unequivocal statement is sufficient; you do not need our permission to exercise this right.
For a change-of-mind return, you are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods. We do not provide free return shipping for these returns. We refund the price of returned goods and, for withdrawal from the entire order, the cost of our least expensive standard delivery option. Additional charges for a more expensive delivery option are not refundable. We do not deduct printing costs or charge a restocking fee from a statutory withdrawal refund.
Refunds are made using the original payment method within 14 days of your withdrawal notice. We may withhold reimbursement until we receive the goods or evidence that you sent them back, whichever occurs first. You may be responsible for a reduction in value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to establish the goods’ nature, characteristics and functioning.
Damaged, faulty or incorrect goods
Contact us with your order number and a description of the problem. Photos can help us resolve it. The change-of-mind return shipping charge does not apply to valid claims for faulty, damaged or incorrect goods. Your statutory remedies remain available.
Cancellation before dispatch
Contact us promptly if you wish to cancel. Once production begins, we may be unable to stop printing or dispatch. This does not remove any applicable statutory withdrawal or consumer rights.
Our prints are produced after ordering. Standard catalogue prints are not treated as personalised solely because they are printed on demand.
This policy does not limit mandatory consumer rights in your country.
